My pdf file wont download

 · PDF Documents Won't Download. When I click on a PDF document, the web site opens up a new tab and puts the PDF in the new tab. From there, I can scroll the PDF and zoom in and out of the PDF. However, Download or View in Preview icons (located bottom center of the page) nothing happens. The file does not download, nor will it open in preview.  · Sometime over the past couple of days I have lost the ability to download any files when browsing with Edge and I cannot open PDF files from within Edge either. Downloading just says www.doorway.ru couldn't be downloaded and nothing will fix it - yet I can download using IE or Chrome to the same downloads directory.  · Saving the PDF file did not work either - "could not be downloaded." ALL other PDF files are downloadable. It's just the banking/credit card sites that have the problem. Those sites couldn't help with the problem either. Have Firefox 3 on my computer .

Sometimes a PDF file becomes damaged or contains corrupt data. If you downloaded the PDF from the web or received it in an email, download the PDF again or ask the sender to resend it. Copy the file directly to your hard drive, rather than a thumb (portable) or network drive. Open the new copy on your hard drive and print again. and previously successful on the last PC, my mobile, tablet etc.. Last PC had Chrome then Opera. This has Microsoft Edge. Downloads work from Hotmail, so I can forward, then download with no problem. Can download files from net, eg a Microsoft exe file. PDF files can be protected and one possibility is that your file does not allow printing. For doing so right click on PDF file and go to properties and Now click on "Change" button against "open with:" and select Adobe Acrobat to open the PDF files as default app. This should solve your problem. If your browser opened a downloads window, double-click the PDF in the downloads list. If you can't open a PDF on your computer, try the suggestions below in the order they appear.
